Step 1: How to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser

iPhones/iPads

Safari

  1. Open the Settings app, then select Safari.
  2. Scroll down, then select Clear History and Website Data.
  3. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.

Chrome

  1. Open the Chrome app.
  2. Tap  at the bottom.
  3. Tap History, then tap Clear Browsing Data.. you see at the bottom.
  4. Tap Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files. Make sure you see a check beside them.
  5. Tap Clear Browsing Data you see at the bottom, then choose Clear Browsing Data to confirm.

Android phones/tablets

Chrome

  1. Open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. At the top right, tap in More
  3. Tap History and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  6. Tap Clear data.

Windows computers

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click on the three dots.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner), and open the Settings menu.
  2. Click Privacy, search, and services on the left-side menu.
  3. Under the section Clear browsing data, Click Choose what to clear
  4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear Now.
  6. Close Microsoft Edge completely for your changes to take effect.

Mac computers

Safari

  1. Click on Safari on the top menu bar.
  2. Click the Privacy tab.
  3. Click Manage Website Data…
  4. Click Remove All.
  5. Click Remove Now.
  6. Go to the Safari menu on the top menu bar.
  7. Select Quit to close Safari and save your changes.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click on the three dots.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Step 2: Clear website cache

In case that you are not able to login to the resources pages after completing the Step 1, please clear the website.
